Itinerary

Day 1
Arrival in Amman
Arrive at Queen Alia International Airport. Transfer to hotel. Evening orientation and welcome dinner in Amman.
Day 2
Amman & Jerash
Morning visit to the Amman Citadel and the Roman Theatre. Afternoon at Jerash — the colonnaded streets, temples, and theatres of this extraordinary Roman city.
Day 3
Madaba & Mount Nebo
Visit the Church of St. George in Madaba to see the ancient mosaic map. Continue to Mount Nebo for a moment of reflection where Moses stood. Afternoon at the Dead Sea.
Day 4
Baptism Site & Travel South
Morning at Bethany Beyond the Jordan — the site of Jesus's baptism by John. Travel south through the King's Highway. Overnight in Petra area.
Day 5
Petra — Full Day
A full day in the rose-red city. Enter through the Siq to the Treasury. Explore the Royal Tombs, the Colonnaded Street, and the Great Temple. Optional hike to the Monastery.
Day 6
Wadi Rum
Morning transfer to Wadi Rum. Jeep tour through the desert valley. Sunset over the red sands. Optional overnight in a Bedouin camp under the stars.
Day 7
Return to Amman & Departure
Return journey north to Amman. Afternoon free for shopping and reflection. Evening departures or optional extension.
